For me, my work has to give some sort of experience. I am fascinated as to how an individual might gain a physical and psychological experience from the artwork as opposed to similarly viewing the work. I question how might these kinds of experiences of the viewer differ from my own. The physical experience could be simply interacting with the work. The materials I find and use are usually objects/supplies that have been used or are from second-hand stores allowing for my work to be more visually interesting as well as interact with which gives more of an appreciation for everyday objects that may not be considered fine art.
